1. Course Enrollment Refunds

We offer a full refund for our online courses if requested within 48 hours of purchase, provided that no more than 20% of the course content has been accessed or downloaded.

2. Mock Test Refunds

Due to the nature of digital mock tests, we do not offer refunds once a mock test package has been purchased and the first test set has been started or accessed.

3. Consultation Fee Refunds

Consultation fees are refundable if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will not be eligible for a refund.

4. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase.

5. Exceptions

Le Council reserves the right to deny refund requests that we believe are fraudulent or violate our Terms of Service.
